By downloading, installing, or using the Colit desktop application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

3. "As Is" Disclaimer (No Warranty)

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App’s reliability, stability, or performance. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Colit shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

5. Updates and Changes

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the App. These updates may occur automatically or require manual installation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality (code, design, and logo), is and will remain the exclusive property of the Colit developer.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate at the top of this page when the terms were last updated. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
